Fox and Wall Street Journal accused of climate change distortion

The Fox News Channel and the Wall Street Journal’s opinion section, both owned by News Corporation, have come under attack by the Union of Concerned Scientists, an alliance of more than 400,000 scientists and citizens.

After examining representations of climate science from both media outlets, the UCS concluded that over a recent six-month period Fox News Channel representations of climate science were misleading 93 per cent of the time—37 out of 40 citations.
