The Organization of Eastern Caribbean States Countries (OECS) hopes to create a regional fund to help conserve the region’s fragile marine ecosystems, including research.
The Caribbean Biodiversity fund is being created with a US$ 8.75 million grant received from the Global Environment Facility (GEF).
