Canada and China close a deal on joint vaccine R&D

National Biotec Group, China's largest vaccines manufacturer, and the National Research Council of Canada signed a deal on 11 October to collaborate on vaccine development.

Under the agreement, the two sides will carry out joint studies on glycoconjugate vaccines and the bio-processing of vaccines as well as looking at ways to decrease production costs.
