African universities will soon be able to apply to a new Norwegian programme designed to forge higher education partnerships between developed and developing countries.
The first call for applications for the Norwegian Programme for Capacity Building in Higher Education and Research for Development (NORHED) will be launched on 30 May, although calls for seed funding will open on 7 March.
