A global think tank index has singled out Costa Rica as the Caribbean country with the most think tanks for the past year.
Costa Rica’s 37 think tanks are followed by other Caribbean entrants on the list, which have more than 10 think tanks each. The Dominican Republic comes close with 28, Cuba has 19 and Trinidad and Tobago has 10 think tanks.
