China plans to develop science infrastructure

China’s government has approved a plan to develop science and technology infrastructure projects over the next 20 years, China Daily has reported.

The plan focuses on 16 projects in seven fields—energy, life sciences, environment, materials, particle physics, nuclear physics and space—and the projects include deep-sea observation and gravitational monitoring.
