A report on innovation levels in countries across the globe has shown India lagging behind the other BRIC group countries—Brazil, Russia and China.
The Global Innovation Index 2011, released on 30 June, was compiled by the INSEAD Business School and rates innovation efficiency by measuring innovation input against innovation output.
