Indian researcher found guilty of data fabrication

An Indian researcher working at the University of Connecticut in the US has been found guilty of more than 100 instances of data fabrication, the university announced on 11 January.

Dipak Das, the director of the university’s Cardiovascular Research Centre, studied resveratrol, a substance found in red wine that has been said by companies and scientists to have anti-ageing properties.
