Science museum to be named after gang rape victim

A science museum to be built in Delhi will be named after the victim of a gang rape in the city that sparked national protests, Indian news outlets have reported.

Savita Gupta, the mayor of South Delhi municipal corporation where the museum is to be located, was reported as saying that the victim’s father has agreed to the naming.
