South Africa could be postdoc heaven, report says

But difficulty attracting foreign researchers holds the country back

South Africa could be an attractive destination for foreign postdoctoral students, but to achieve this it needs to market itself correctly, a report has argued.  

The 3 October report draws on discussions from a meeting focusing on early-career researchers organised by the Association of Commonwealth Universities and Universities South Africa in Johannesburg on 18-19 March this year.
