TU Berlin announces bold diversity strategy

Plans include creating a 'diversity-aware' culture and sensitising researchers to become more inclusive

The Technical University Berlin has promised to implement comprehensive cultural and organisational change as part of a diversity strategy adopted last week. 

The institution said it would grow more inclusive forms of participation in higher education, such as online offerings. It also wants to foster a “diversity-aware” culture of debating, and to roll out a code for respectful interaction.
