Membership of Erasmus+ and responding to Augar review will be top priorities for Michelle Donelan
Securing membership of the next Erasmus+ programme and responding to the controversial Augar review of post-18 education will be important tasks facing the next universities minister.
While her brief has yet to be formally announced, Michelle Donelan confirmed her appointment as universities minister at the Department for Education to FE Week on 13 February. The announcement comes after science and universities minister Chris Skidmore confirmed his sacking on Twitter during prime minister Boris Johnson’s post-Brexit reshuffle.
