Leaders to discuss shared challenges and opportunities
Mariya Gabriel, the EU’s R&D commissioner, is visiting Africa as part of the biggest-ever delegation of commissioners to the continent.
Nineteen commissioners, as well as high representative Josep Borrell and the European Commission president Ursula von der Leyen (pictured left with African Union Commission chair Moussa Faki Mahamat) are attending the tenth annual EU-Africa commission meeting on 27 February.
