Robert Halfon sets out his plan for apprenticeships and Hepi publishes student survey results
The biggest news for R&D today could come from prime minister Boris Johnson’s speech in Dudley. We will of course be covering that on Research Professional News, but this morning we start by focusing on apprenticeships.
Later today, Robert Halfon, Conservative MP and chair of the House of Commons education committee, is due to set out what his office is calling his “ambitious vision to boost skills and create opportunities for every young person”, also known as the “apprenticeship guarantee”.
