NZ$6.2 million on offer for research to help meet New Zealand’s goals on cancer outcomes
Research into how to make cancer outcomes more equitable in New Zealand and how to develop a national lung cancer screening programme is to be funded by a special NZ$6.2 million funding round.
A call for proposals from the Health Research Council of New Zealand, the Cancer Control Agency and the Ministry of Health is aimed at achieving the national goal of equity in survival rates by 2030.
