Royal Society and partners urge action on health data, biodiversity and reducing greenhouse gases
The national science academies of the G7 group of leading global economies, led by the UK’s Royal Society, have launched a science agenda ahead of the G7 leaders’ summit in the UK in June.
They are calling on the UK government to use its presidency of the summit to encourage other governments to lead an urgent science and innovation effort on creating a net-zero emissions, climate-resilient world; tackling biodiversity loss; and improving the use of data in pandemics.
