Charities say government must deliver on existing pledges for latest vision to succeed
Research charities have welcomed the government’s 10-year life sciences strategy but say the plan’s lofty aims cannot be delivered without a huge investment promised by the Conservative Party.
Published on 7 July, the Life Sciences Vision aims to build on the UK’s scientific successes during the Covid-19 pandemic, with a focus on seven healthcare missions, targeting dementia and ageing, alongside other problems such as mental health.
