The end-of-term flood of reports continues for universities, but there is still no ‘post-freedom’ guidance
The Covidshambles has rumbled on this week, with a string of conflicting messages coming out of the Westminster government in the wake of all pandemic-related restrictions being lifted in England.
First, there was the contribution from Paul Scully, undersecretary of state in the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, who said that individuals were not legally obliged to isolate if pinged by the Test and Trace app.
