Data breaches to be covered under new industry standards

Six major organisations launch alliance to set framework for data science professionals

Industry-wide standards for data science have been agreed by an alliance of six major statistical and mathematical societies.

Issues such as data breaches, the misuse of data in statistical modelling and bias in artificial intelligence will be explored in a new framework for the industry, set up by six societies under the name of the Alliance for Data Science Professionals.
