Nine creative clusters have won funding by the Arts and Humanities Research Council as part of an £80-million initiative.
The winning “clusters” range from a project focused on sustainable growth in the business of fashion, textiles and technology led by the University of the Arts London to a project looking at growing the creative industries in Northern Ireland led by Ulster University.
Earlier this year, the research council invited 22 groups to submit full applications for its Creative Industries Clusters Programme, following “huge demand” for the initiative.
