Nicola Dandridge will head investigation following Phoenix tribunal
The Open University has appointed former Office for Students chief Nicola Dandridge to lead a review following the ruling in an Employment Tribunal brought by its former criminology professor, Jo Phoenix, earlier this year.
The tribunal found that Phoenix had been subjected to harassment and discrimination by colleagues because of her gender-critical views. Plans for an independent review were announced by Tim Blackman, vice-chancellor of The Open University, following that ruling.
